These valuable opportunities provide an opportunity for Members to discuss region-specific issues, including market outlooks and operator collaboration with the services and equipment sector.
On October 11, the PESA Human Resources and West Texas Steering Committees are hosting a roundtable discussion on attracting talent to the Permian Basin. The Permian is the most active area in the US, the unemployment rate is low, and companies need to attract more workers to West Texas. Join the conversation on developing a value proposition to attract skilled workers to the Permian.
Speakers will include Chad McAllaster, Vice President – Permian, Anadarko; Brent Hilliard, Chairman, Midland Development Group; and Stephanie Rogers, Managing Director, Accenture. Dave Warnick, Vice President Human Resources, Weir Oil & Gas, will moderate the discussion. The event includes breakfast.
On October 17, a West Texas Regional District Meeting will feature oil and gas entrepreneur Bud Brigham, Founder and Chairman, Brigham Minerals and Atlas Sand. He will discuss his perspective of current state of the industry in the Permian. This event, which will also provide a market outlook, includes lunch.
